AQUA XL EYE PENCILJust use a normal eye pencil sharpener:) it shaves the plastic right off of it like a wooden eye pencil:) it could also be your sharpener too..if it's not sharpening right..I noticed my cover girl sharpener sucks but my wet n wild one works good:) for some odd reason lol How Did Make Up For Ever M10 Aqua XL Eye Pencil Waterproof Eyeliner Work For Me? NicolishedMake up forever aqua eyelinerI got this in my June Ipsy box and was very pleased. I have already used it a few times and I think it's probably my new favorite eye pencil. However, I noticed it's that rubbery texture type of pencil instead of wood. I have had some bad experiences trying to sharpen those before... I am a bit new to more advanced makeup techniques so I am not sure how I would sharpen this. When I tried sharpening a different pencil of that texture the same way I would a wood pencil, it did not go very well... I ended up breaking the pencil. I don't want to do that with this one. Do I need to buy a different sharpening tool? Is there a technique that I would use with a regular eye pencil sharpener (mine is Saphora brand)? #25L It's not a twist-up pencil. It needs a sharpener.
